The 99IMF History

The Journey: How Our Story Began

99 Impact Makers Foundation was registered in 2019 with a rising concern to assist indigents students who are struggling to fund their education, help widows to make a living, give hope to orphans and in general help the needy in our society.

The passion to put smiles on the faces of the less privileged in our society set a group of friends on the drive to make a difference. Something unique about us is that we all graduated in the year 1999 from Cherubim & Seraphim College Ilorin.

Prior to registering the NGO, we kicked out our outreach activities on September 28, 2018 by visiting some orphanage homes and paying school fees for some indigent students. We thereafter saw the need to reach out to the needy in a more organized way and this prompted us to register an NGO known as 99Impact Makers Foundation under the Companies and allied matter act (part c) 1990, of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Our activities have been ground-breaking, helping many students get back to school with a hope of completing their college education. Our first visit to Hope International orphanage Idofian was so emotional and the children and care givers were overwhelmed by our kind gesture. Widows and the society at large have also benefitted from our goodwill with relief materials distributed to hundreds of people during the recent Covid-19 pandemic.
